The room was spacious, beautifully decorated with a balcony for our enjoyment. the beachfront location was fantastic, offering breathtaking views. - Conveniently located near various shops and convenience stores.

Everything was nice, superfriendly staff, absolutely fabulous views of the beautiful ocean. The hotel was in a marvellous location, in front of the sea. Street food restaurant La Anemona was 500 metres away from the place.

got the same king room with balcony booked online, truly enjoyed that. the staff has always been nice, and the facilities were clean.

The staff we met were pretty bad.

The location here was just breathtaking, right by the beach and with easy access to all the great restaurants nearby! 🏖️

The Location to the beach.

The power was out for the two days we were there. We had no water. And we ate at the restaurant the first night which was Italian food and was hands down the worst Italian food experience I have ever had.

Right on the beach, lots of palm trees to relax under, great views from the balcony rooms. Natural, traditional decor in the interiors and outdoor areas that let the naturally beautiful setting take the focus.

This venue is quite clean and lovely, offering stunning beach views in a beautiful setting close to a variety of restaurant and bar options.

Great location within 2 blocks of the city plaza. It is on the best section of the beach. An international staff speaking many languages. Very good food and bar/kitchen staff. I recommend Beppe's eggs for breakfast. The staff was very helpful setting up day-trips and taxi rides. I looked at other properties on the beach and felt this is a good competitive hotel. I would stay here again.

Charming small and quirky accommodation with a wonderful setting a short walk to the main plaza of the island and restaurants. Well-appointed and stylish room with a very comfy bed. - Very good services provided. - Beach bar and a nice pool available for guests.

Unexpected power cuts in the entire island (no AC, no shower/linked to power,...) and light breakfast

Got a room with beautiful beach and sea views 🌊. the location was super convenient, near the Holbox Church. We didn't have enough time to fully enjoy it, but we'd definitely come back here.

Nice rooms with great balconies to relax on. Next to beach, but also in the middle of town. Great for convenience, not so great to get away from it all. Very well managed and maintained place, with very friendly and extremely helpful staff. I lost my passport before arriving and was struck down by some food realted ilness, and the girls at reception (Chyntia and Chrystel) were wiling to help, patient and extremely helpful with both problems. Good (italian) food in the on-site restaurant.

Not the cheapest, but then again, we found all of the island to be on the pricier side.

Its staff was courteous and welcoming.
